What We Need:
We are looking for individuals to join our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) in Talent Acquisition. This position is located in Muscatine, IA and will begin in June 2025.
OurECDP is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various talent acquisition functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, and direct exposure to leadership. We also provide opportunities to develop relationships through cross-functional team projects, networking, and community involvement. Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level talent acquisition careers.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist with managing the full internship program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, program engagement, and post-internship opportunities.
  • Support and facilitate the application and hiring process for job candidates, including screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating onsite or virtual interviews, and coordinating selection debriefs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with friendly, helpful, and respectful treatment of all applicants.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, Member & Community Relations teams, and a cross-functional campus recruiting team to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Utilize various platforms such as internal ATS, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. to proactively source talent for the organization.
What You Have:
  • Prospective candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field prior to their start date.
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, internships, or involvement in related activities such as tutoring or business fraternities.

  • Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
  • Strong experience managing projects (school or work related)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated team-player, strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
