We provide expert, hands-on support from implementation onward, ensuring customers achieve their goals and maximize our technology's potential.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Vendor Manager who will play a crucial and strategic role within Zscaler's Global Customer Success organization managing key BPO vendors. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role involves vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation within a fast-paced and highly technical environment. You will have strong expertise in SaaS procurement, cybersecurity solutions, cloud security services, network security, and compliance with security frameworks. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Support Initiatives, you will:



  • Identify, evaluate, onboard and report on vendor capabilities, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution while building strong relationships that align with business objectives to ensure long term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute vendor sourcing strategies taking into consideration cost analysis, compliance risks, industry regulations, cybersecurity, and operational continuity to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with vendors to monitor performance, conducting regular operations reviews, to assess compliance/efficiency and areas for improvement leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure vendors comply with industry regulations and company security policies and implement vendor management tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Strategically operationalize existing or new areas of the business including systems and processes while collaborating with teams across the organization to surface areas of opportunity and drive continuous improvement.


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software licensing, cloud services, and vendor management tools.
  • Proficiency in vendor negotiation, contract management, SLA enforcement, and RFI/RFP processes working collaboratively with other teams like procurement, legal, IT, etc.
  • Excellent communication and analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present information to varying stakeholders.


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • ITIL, PMP, or supply chain certification.
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture, CASB, SASE, and cloud security solutions
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR).

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$112,000 $160,000 USD
