About the Opportunity

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily processing of recoveries, check handling and related tasks.

What you'll do



  • Assist with the daily assignment of incoming checks.
  • Generate reports and balance daily recovery email
  • Process remitted recoveries and related disbursements
  • Prepare daily reconciliations to internal systems and bank deposits, including review for completeness and accuracy
  • Research recovery issues using in house systems
  • Prepare and release daily deposit
  • Scan daily reconciliations and other documentation
  • Assist in research and clean-up of exception-based transactions.
  • Assist in other Finance department projects, as needed



Role Requirements

What experience you bring:



  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias for accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication,
  • Ability to adapt and work well within a fast-paced environment
