Equipment Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using drawings, schematics, manuals, and instructions.
• Use and maintain basic hand tools and meters with proficiency.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance and equipment calibration, ensuring accurate records.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify and implement equipment modifications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Assist in bringing new equipment online, working closely with Engineering and Facilities teams.
• Prioritize safety, housekeeping, and compliance with workplace regulations like OSHA.

• ASEE degree in Electronics/Electro or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools, meters, and Microsoft Office software.
• Adaptable to fast-paced manufacturing environments with attention to detail and knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
