A day in the life...

As the Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing both weekly and bi-weekly payroll for Russell Stover. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll and overseeing all payroll functions to support our team members.

What you will be doing...

• Ensuring that mandatory and voluntary withholdings and deductions are accurately calculated and reported.
• Transmitting payroll files for processing.
• Assisting employees or managers with questions about payroll policies and pay discrepancies.
• Maintaining payroll related files and records.
• Assisting in the preparation of year end W-2s or other related tax filings or reports.
• Administering the multi-state payroll activities in accordance with Company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and staying apprised of current laws governing payroll, minimum wage, overtime, leave of absence, and sick time.

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience processing payroll
• Experience processing multi state payroll
• Understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws

(Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience processing payroll in Workday/OSV
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Demonstrates great interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking as well as analytical skills
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
