What you'll do:
- Responsible for seeing that the daily routine maintenance is performed on all molding equipment and that safety guards are checked.
- Work with machinery suppliers to troubleshoot any major mechanical or electrical problems that cannot be solved internally.
- Work with Set-up and Process Technicians to ensure that the monthly maintenance checklist is complete.
- Upon approval, make recommendations and place orders for necessary parts to improve/repair machinery.
- Assist in the moving of machinery within the plant as well as hooking-up and leveling new machines. Connects plumbing as necessary.
- Develop schedules for all equipment to ensure that it is kept in good, safe working order.

What you'll need to have:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Maintenance Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a maintenance technician.
- Experience in plastic injection molding environment.
