Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled Foundry Director to collaborate with wafer foundry suppliers and ensure the provision of high-volume wafer supply using advanced technologies. Leveraging your semiconductor expertise, you will lead efforts with foundry suppliers and internal Marvell engineers to deliver high-quality, high-performance chips.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead the transition from test chip mode to high-volume, fast production ramp-up.

  • Identify and mitigate reliability risks and manufacturing weaknesses, implementing fixes before production.

  • Organize efforts to optimize product performance and production supply.

  • Oversee device performance optimization, yield improvement, WAT analysis, and process/Fab qualification.

  • Ensure high production quality control through inline monitoring, SPC review, DPPM reduction, and addressing root cause customer return defects.

What We're Looking For

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.

  • Over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

  • Direct experience with sub-10nm technologies.

  • Strong understanding of FINFET and GAA device physics, process flow, and inline interactions.

  • At least 10 years of experience driving fast, high-volume production ramp-ups with leading-edge technology and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Experience in advanced Fab or foundry operations.

  • Hands-on experience in excursion prevention and disposition.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

151,480 - 226,900, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
