SUMMARY: The Brain Watch Clinical Sales Specialist is an integral role within Natus Neuro. The Brain Watch CSS is responsible for launching new customers and accelerating organic growth within the Install Base (IB) of hospital partners. The CAS will also be responsible for providing on-going education to physicians and clinical staff using clinical information as the foundation for the adoption, growth, and expansion of Brain Watch POC-EEG within the facility.

What you'll get to do in this role:
  • Brain Watch / NCC Revenue Growth
    oExpand usage of Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG within existing IB to include additional acute care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/Critical Care, and/or Emergency (ED) departments.
    oPartner and collaborate with Natus EEG DSM (District Sales Manager) and Brain Watch Account Executive to launch new Brain Watch customer implementations.
    oBuild clinical and administrative champions within Neuro, ICU/Critical Care, and Emergency departments within customer base.
    oEffectively communicate the Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG value proposition to generate sales leads, quotations, and related customer correspondence.
    oDevelop a qualified lead sales funnel within the existing install base. Regular activities consist of formal presentations, peer-to-peer education events, new physician training, and physician education while driving continued adoption of Brain Watch POC-EEG.
    oAssist Area Sales Managers and District Sales Managers with sales presentations and in-servicing of NCC products (Camino, EDS3, Cranial Access Kits) in intensive care areas of the hospital
    oWork closely with internal teams, including sales support, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
    oPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts with high attention to accuracy
    oProvide management with regular and structured feedback on the status of new and existing business opportunities.
  • Clinical Education/Training
    oBecome a clinical expert in use cases of Natus Brain Watch POC-EEG and relevant patient populations.
    oTroubleshoot workflow solutions for clinical departments as needed.
    oPartner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
    oLead clinical teams through Brain Watch training sessions to ensure understanding of workflow and applications.
    oLead clinical teams through NCC product training sessions of Camino ICP monitors, EDS3 drainage systems, and Cranial Access Kits.
    oAttend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with professionals and promote Natus products.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    oConform to all Regulatory and Quality requirements.
    oUtilize Siebel CRM to meticulously track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring comprehensive oversight and strategic planning for sales success.
    oAll other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Basic qualifications:

*Registered Nurse with current licensure. CNRN or CCRN certified preferred
*3-5 years of clinical critical care experience, or 5+ years of Neurology, ICU, or ED Sales experience with a credentialed clinical background
*Strong project management skills to support new account launches
*Excellent verbal and communication skills
*Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders within the customer base: Physicians, Nursing, Managers, IT, Administration, C-Level executives
*Clinical experience in ICP Monitoring and External Ventricular Drainage a plus
*Ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff a must
*Extensive travel is required in this position: minimum of 75% travel
*Computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
