POSITION PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Environmental Business Line [EBL] Quality Manager or Quality Director, this individual will perform and interface directly with projects to support start-up, execution and closure to ensure the North Wind Group quality program is implemented as required and that project quality is in alignment with regulations, procedures and practices at North Wind. Provides quality assurance and data management program development and implementation support including development and evaluation of quality assurance procedures and instructions; leads/ participates in quality assurance oversight activities including internal and external surveys, audits, surveillances, and assessments; and interfaces with NW organizations performing activities affecting quality.
