2025 Summer Intern - Information Management

Department Summary:
The Summer at Roche Intern Program has been developed to provide students with a fun yet rewarding
Summer through hands-on experience.
In this program, you will work closely with a Manager team lead to help transform the business to the most
current digital solutions at Roche. Your task will be to assist and coordinate meetings, project timelines,
program events, and initiatives related to site solutions deployment by utilizing the latest digital tools. You will also
work on acquiring business process knowledge, and how to connect it with the latest upgrades to the SAP
ERP system and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) versions. By utilizing this knowledge and understanding how the new systems will be
interfacing, business processes are optimized and the future of the company is shaped.

This internship position is located on-site in Branchburg, New Jersey.

The opportunity:

  • Responsible for assisting the Information Management group to coordinate meetings and responsible tasks.

  • Update team and project information using Google applications.

Program Highlights:

  • Intensive 8-12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

  • Program start dates are in May/June (Summer).

  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

  • Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

  • Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

  • Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.

  • Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.

  • Professional & personal development curriculum throughout the program, including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions.

  • Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities.

  • Paired with a 1:1 mentor through the Roche Young Professionals Business Resource Group.

  • Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change).

Who You Are:

- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree

Required Majors:

You meet one of the following criteria:

- Biological and/or Computer Sciences

Required Skills:

  • Project Management

  • Coordination of tasks, meetings, communication

  • Manufacturing Systems and Shop Floor Process Optimization

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university during the program calendar year 2024/2025.

  • Targeting undergraduate interns majoring in Biological Sciences or Business.

  • Desire GPA 3.0 or higher.

  • Previous work experience preferred.

  • Student organization and/or study abroad experiences are a plus.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $25.00 -$33.00 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
