Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Cincinnati, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • They will be welding the ultrasonic tanks and assemblies.
  • They need to be a very welder, as in very skilled, because everything has to be water-tight.
  • Follow the agreed practices as defined in the quality management system.
  • Work within the scope of your responsibilities.
  • Check your work to verify its accuracy in meeting the objectives.
  • Know how you contribute to the achievement of the objectives.
  • Layout jobs for construction by reading blueprints, cutting and assembling steel parts, welding pipe /sheet metal fabricating.
  • Operate certain types of equipment necessary to complete the manufacturing of machines, such as a welder, drill press, hand drill, grinder, sander, handheld abrasive saws, stationary abrasive saws, band saws, shear, plasma cutters, and a variety of hand tools.
  • Maintain the work area as clean and neat as possible.
  • Assist other workers to perform their duties if needed.
  • Maintain quality checks on the job and report any unsafe or quality problems to management.
  • To weld mild and stainless steel with MIG /TIG
  • May assist in training temporary/new employees.
  • Other functions as directed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.00 -$22.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Direct Placement.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in TIG welding stainless steel and fuse-welding stainless steel.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in manual equipment such as saws, drills, presses, and lathes.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Warehouse.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial welding, blueprint, and fabrication.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • knowledge of industrial maintenance.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with other employees, other departments, and supervision regarding work progress, problems, and completion.
  • Mathematical Skills
  • Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers.
  • Able to identify work process problems and possible solutions.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor.
  • Kneel, squat, stoop, recline, climb, crawl, and bend as needed.
  • Adjust visual focus.
  • Lift 70 lbs. unassisted, over 70 lbs. with assistance from a lifting device.
  • Traditional shop atmosphere.
  • Subject to temperature variance based on season.
  • Loud noise level.
  • They are exposed to various fumes or smells based on the job.
  • To wear and use safety equipment/ devices based on position.
  • Able to work overtime on an extended basis up to 50-60 /week total.
