Sales and Ops Planning Coordinator

Information and analysis coordination role, this individual will provide assistance in compiling and maintaining key operational business information.

A qualified candidate will have demonstrated information and process coordination capabilities, and good interpersonal skills to successfully navigate the input and interactions with Sales, Customer Service, Outside warehouse and Operations teams.

• Perform OFR on inventory and work with Materials Planner to support products.
• Communicate inventory issues with 3PL (3rd party warehouse), CSC, and Inventory Control.
• Reconcile Chep pallets weekly.
• Proactive review of inventory health; proactively reviewing and monitoring safety stock levels to avoid shortages/excessive inventory.
• Monitoring shelf life of ingredients and finished goods, escalating when appropriate. Perform daily reconciliation of inventory records to ensure accuracy between 3PL (3rd Party Warehouse) and Ventura records.
• Logistics coordination between Shuttle company and outside warehouse on moving finished goods.
• Sets up master bills in AS-400 for 3PL(3rd Party Warehouse) pickups and UPS/FedEx orders.
• Assist in the flow of inventory between the plant and 3PL's (3rd Party Warehouse)
• Backup support for Shipping Clerk and Distribution Coordinator.
• Effectively communicate with other departments on Papa John's inventory.

Typical shifts are 8-12 hours per day. Additional unscheduled time after hours and on weekends may also be required. Employees must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by Company policy and/or legal requirements. In addition, certain jobs may require employees to:

• Work outside and/or in adverse temperatures which could include extreme heat, cold, and humidity;
• Be exposed to vibrations, chemicals used inoperations, fumes and food allergens (may include soy, dairy and other allergens); and
• Be required to work in confined and dark spaces, and at heights in excess of 18 feet.
