- Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Interview, observe, and question global process owners with intent to fully comprehend and understand AP processes and procedures from start to finish.
- At times, process and post vendor invoices in accounting system so as to better learn and experience processes first-hand.
- Ability to link disparate procedures to establish and understand full end-to-end AP process and procedure workflows.
- Convert learned processes into formalized, written SOP's following the Company's prescribed format, taking care to simplify the instructions using plain English.
- Leverage Company's AP systems to augment SOP's with sufficiently detailed text, graphics, and/or screenshots.
- Create and organize deliverables (i.e., SOPs) in a logical, coherent manner that can be utilized as a supplement to standardized training programs for AP Coordinators and Senior AP Coordinators.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. AAS in Accounting/Finance or two-year degree in an Accounting/Finance or business field preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years Accounts Payable experience preferred

- Specialized Knowledge:
- Requires computer knowledge in order to easily navigate within accounting systems.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
