An application analyst to provide Day-to-Day production support. In this role you will be creating specs and working with internal teams to convert clients to a core processing system

What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider relevant certifications and/or work experience.
  • Experience with PL/SQL and relational databases preferred
  • Experience in banking or financial services a plus
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking principles, procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Self-starter, ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex thoughts in simpler terms
  • Ability to provide basic written technical specifications


What you'll do ...



  • Analyze data provided from multiple source systems for new client conversion, merger or acquisition
  • Document, design, and create specifications for use by conversion teams
  • Review and balance converted data to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure documentation from respective source vendors is updated and retained for future reference
  • Support all facets of the application mix being implemented for the new client
  • Analyze client problems resulting in design or conversion flaws and proposes solutions
  • Work with developers on possible needed re-design or follow-up testing
  • Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams
  • Analyze data, balance and perform validation for deconversions


Salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000/annually
