Description
This role is responsible for co-managing the branch and leading by example through team motivation, development, and positive leadership. The Floating Assistant Branch Manager will help direct branch activities to meet goals focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining customer relationships, as well as achieving service quality targets. This position will also support the Branch Manager in areas such as training, sales, service, and operations to drive bank initiatives, including managing Financial Concierge sales goals, promoting business development, and assisting with branch strategies. The role requires rotating between the Lewiston, Pullman, and Moscow branches. Location: Lewiston, Pullman, and Moscow Branches Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $24.46 to $36.69 Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
