Pastry and Decoration Associate

We are seeking a Pastry and Decoration Associate in Tucker, GA, to join our team at a company known for its premium caramel apples, chocolate-dipped creations, and custom-decorated treats. Pay: $16-$20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Handcraft gourmet caramel apples and other confections, following proprietary recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality during production to meet consistency and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and assist in training new team members.
• Assist with inventory management and track raw materials to support timely reordering.
• Contribute to product development by brainstorming new designs, flavors, and confections with the owners.
• Package products for shipping, in-store sales, and events.
• Perform additional tasks to support overall business operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of pastry decoration experience.
• Bakery experience and leadership skills preferred.
• Enthusiasm for creating and decorating gourmet treats with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
