Clinical Dietitian - Ebensburg Center

At Ebensburg Center, we support our residents in many aspects of life, including activities of daily living, recreation, vocational service, habilitative treatment, and health management. Join our team in this exciting opportunity as a Clinical Dietician and help ensure our therapeutic nutrition program provides the fuel our residents need to live their best quality every-day lives!

In this role, you will develop and conduct the group instruction program for the Dietary Services Department and Center staff as well as provide knowledge of nutrition principles, food preparation and service, and related work processes designed to meet the individuals' needs. This includes preparing nutritional assessments, planning menus and meals according to diets, and maintaining food and safety standards. You will also integrate the medical nutrition therapy program into the overall center program, provide clinical expertise and make recommendations to ensure the nutritional needs of the individuals are met and maintained, and coordinate with Director of Dietary Services, Food Service Manager and Food Service Supervisors to ensure correctness of preparation, flavor, quality and texture of each meal.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Overtime and travel: as needed
• May change based on operational needs.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
