Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Wilmington, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Plans, schedules, coordinate and monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle to meet production requirements.
  • Works from engineering plans and production specifications to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Advises management of the status of work in progress coordinates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain and interfaces with engineering and program management as well as external customers.
  • Ensures availability of materials and labour to meet production requirements and delivery commitments.
  • Works to resolve labour and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
  • Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight.
  • Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
  • Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
  • Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $55.00-$60.00/hr

Hours: 9/80

Length: Temp to Perm (6 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment that includes new product introductions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory, planning, and supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Office.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in job area and broad knowledge of project management.

Preferred Skills:

  • APICS, Lean, and Six Sigma training.
  • Ability/experience speaking in front of groups
  • ERP or MRP experience
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industries
  • Teamwork
  • Communication
  • Prioritization
  • Ability to work autonomously as needed.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
