Description Acara Solutions has partnered with a leading engineering firm specializing in innovative structural solutions. We're seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales and provide technical expertise on BeamClamp products within the structural steel industry. Location: 100% Remote, in California (Preferably based in San Jose or Sacramento, CA) Salary: Up to $90,000 Base + Commission Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, and vision insurance Key Responsibilities: Develop in-depth knowledge of the BeamClamp product line and its applications in structural steel. Identify and engage potential clients in construction, engineering, and architecture. Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing BeamClamp's advantages. Work closely with engineering teams to develop custom solutions. Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for projects. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Proven experience in technical sales in structural steel is required Strong knowledge of structural steel specifications and estimating processes is required Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
