Acara Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for our client in Cincinnati, Oh.
- Pay: $19-20/hr.
- Direct hire/permanent position
- Scheudle: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, with overtime available on Fridays

What You'll Do:
- Perform mechanical assembly of intricate components and systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Integrate wiring and electrical elements into mechanical assemblies by interpreting electrical schematics.
- Conduct functional testing of assembled systems to ensure operational integrity and design compliance.
- Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects, tagging non-conforming parts with re-work labels.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of assembly tools and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and notifying the supervisor of any needs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Perform other tasks as directed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a mechanical or electrical assembly environment
- Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols in manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Additional:
- Strong communication skills to report work progress and issues
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers
- Ability to identify work process problems and propose solutions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and over 50 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable standing for prolonged periods and performing physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, etc.)
