Position Summary Join PGE as an Associate Operational Compliance Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet evolving NERC and OPUC regulations. In this role, you'll research, develop, and refine compliance procedures to keep our teams aligned with industry standards while identifying and mitigating potential risks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze regulatory updates, assess operational impacts, and implement compliance controls that enhance efficiency and reliability. Your work will involve tracking and documenting compliance data, assisting with internal and external audits, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements to stakeholders across the organization. As a key contributor, you'll have the opportunity to develop new processes, influence compliance strategies, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Compensation Range: $74,325.00 - $123,875.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
