Warehouse Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient movement of goods to support order fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery to both internal and external customers. This role plays a key part in coordinating logistics, optimizing warehouse processes, and providing cross-functional support to improve operational efficiency. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will regularly communicate with internal customers to ensure smooth operations and alignment on inventory and order fulfillment needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure materials are available for timely shipment.
• Monitors order progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays to maintain delivery schedules.
• Communicates regularly with the Customer Service, Planning, and Purchasing Departments to address order status, inventory needs, and any potential supply chain issues.
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
• Provides cross-functional support to warehouse teams, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager.
• Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
