Loss Drafts Associate- Lender Services - National General

Job Description

* Validates documents pertaining to claim

* Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks

* Updates records and note system

* Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA's

* Handling disbursement of claim funds

* Processing documents and working loss draft queues

* High School Diploma or GED

* 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications

* Must possess effective verbal and written communication skill

* Insurance or Financial/Banking experience (Preferred)

* This job does not have supervisory duties.
