We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist (Experiential/Internal Communications Focus) to concept and execute engaging, memorable brand experiences that resonate with target audiences in a meaningful way. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, creative concepts, pop-up activations, and immersive experiences that align with marketing objectives. This role supports internal communications initiatives and will work from KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay. Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing communications strategies for tradeshows, showrooms, events, corporate, and internal communications projects identifying objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Craft compelling marketing messages to support brand strategy and engage with target audiences. Copywrite a variety of content including brochures, blog posts, video scripts and social media posts.
- Oversee the development of creative assets ensuring they meet brand standards and are consistent across all marketing channels.
- Create and distribute internal communications (i.e. desktop designs, digital signage, email announcements, etc.).
- Establish and manage Teams channel and tasks, schedule project meetings, provide regular status reports, and track production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage logistics and serve as point of contact/producer for photo/video shoots.
- Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics.
What you Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Marketing, or related field.
- Strong creativity, project management, and copywriting skills are essential.
- Solid working knowledge of all communications channels (website, social media, email marketing, advertising, public relations, events, tradeshows, etc.)
- Familiarity with Adobe CS and understanding of basic layout/design principles.
