Salary: $117,000-$190,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Business Analytics and Strategy Manager - CAPV Business is responsible for creating value for the Olin CAPV segment by utilizing a strong strategic mindset, business and financial analysis, team collaboration, and advanced analytic capabilities. The role will have a key role in business level strategic planning and support CAPV segment and corporate level M&A initiatives..

Business Analytics and Strategy Manager - CAPV Business Essential Job Functions:

• Establish analytical frameworks, conduct complex business analyses, and synthesize into business insights and action plans
• Utilize state-of-the-art business analytics, machine learning, and digitization methods to drive next evolution of business insights and decision making
• Understand value chain and enhance CAPV profitability through optimal global decision making
• Work closely with CAPV business leaders and Corporate Strategy team to develop medium and long term strategic plans within the CAPV business
• Support M&A initiatives at the CAPV and corporate levels
• Work effectively with global cross-functional team to understand stakeholder interests and build towards successful outcomes
• Create effective presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Understand and utilize external industry and market research
• Develop and leverage competitive intelligence and analysis into next-gen real-time decision-making models
• Create financial models and forecasts for strategic projects

• Bachelor's Degree* in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree* preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a role analyzing data to make recommendations on business strategy, or business analytics, financial planning & analysis, data science, and/or relevant industry experience
• Prior experience in the chemicals industry preferred
• Prior experience with advanced analytics and visualization methods preferred (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI, etc.)
• Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
