Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's.

We are hiring for a Guest Services Lead who can assist guests at the Guest Service Counter with a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude. As a Guest Service Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the Guest Service Counter is ready and fully functioning to assist guests throughout the day. You will oversee the training of new employees, ensure they understand the essential duties of the position and coach them as they learn and develop in their role. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service by supporting the front-end, as well as the remainder of the store, through quick cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions. Lastly, you will oversee the Front-End in the absence of the Senior Guest Service Manager and Guest Service Manager.
