POSITION

Allspring is looking for a Performance Analyst to join the team. The Performance analyst will be responsible for calculating and reviewing Composite level performance as well as researching any outliers. They will also be responsible for addressing ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners and supporting ongoing GIPS verification.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Review all monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracy
  • Reconcile performance between multiple platforms
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams on special strategic initiatives
  • Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency
  • Enhance the controls of the audit review process


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 2+ Years of performance analysis for investment performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Apps
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Archer/Confluence StatPro or Advent/APX preferred
  • Experience with market systems such as: FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar
  • Experience with automated financial systems such as: Confluence StatPro, Archer, Confluence Unity, Advent APX
  • Experience with Power Apps is a plus
  • CIPM Preferred
