Position Summary The Senior Recruiter will support the talent needs for Corporate Services with a primary focus supporting IT at PG&E. You will have demonstrated a proven ability to manage a high volume of requisition and tasks. You should take initiative, be resourceful, and can work with minimal supervision while producing positive results. You will create and execute strategic sourcing strategies while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring leaders, candidates, and team members to efficiently drive the process. You must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing a complex and robust recruitment process in a regulated industry.To be successful, you must possess a natural passion for building and maintaining strong professional relationships and for developing a deep understanding of the business and its unique challenges. The role is hybrid, working from your remote home office and the Oakland General Office, on average 1-4 times per month or based on business needs or company requirements. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
