PURPOSE/SUMMARY: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced attorney to manage transaction-related activities across our global business. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position is located at our corporate headquarters in Manchester, CT, with some travel (10%) to other locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant General Counsel, Transactions provides legal support and leadership for corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and for strategic transactions including joint ventures, private equity investments, and other commercial arrangements.
