Pay / Schedule: $20.00/hr. schedule Monday - Friday 1st shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + great opportunity for OT pay. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross. Job Description: We are seeking a Process Operator with a strong background in operations, manufacturing, or production for our water regeneration plant located in Indianapolis, IN. We are specifically looking for individuals with hands-on operational experience in manufacturing or production environments. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate technical ability to learn the water regeneration process and related systems. Safely operate within a water and chemical industry environment, following established procedures. Open/close valves to control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses to regenerate mobile trailers and steel tanks. Learn to operate membrane cleaning skid equipment efficiently. Perform physical tasks such as pulling, moving, and connecting hoses between process equipment, mobile trailers, and steel tanks. Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout shifts. Utilize process instrumentation and hand-held devices to carry out specific duties. Apply mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping. Conduct 5S duties, including housekeeping, painting, and other maintenance tasks as directed by supervision. Possess basic to intermediate computer skills for completing required paperwork. Customer-focused with the ability to multi-task and meet strict production deadlines. Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the shift. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience in operating process equipment within a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. |
