a.i solutions is seeking a highly motivated Mission Integration Coordinator with a passion for aerospace to join our team supporting NASA's Commercial Crew Program at Kennedy Space Center which is responsible for facilitating the development of a U.S. commercial crew space transportation capability with the goal of achieving safe, reliable and cost-effective access to and from low Earth orbit and the International Space Station. You would be a key member of a high performing, fast-paced team responsible for Program Technical Integration services conducted in support of Certification and Certificate of Flight Readiness efforts. Every day as a Mission Integration Coordinator is different! Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing information, scheduling, and documenting activities in Program boards and Program/Agency reviews conducted in support of Certification of Flight Readiness efforts while protecting proprietary commercial crew space transportation provider data
- Manage Board and Review schedule agenda items
- Maintain electronic records of Board and Review presentations, action closures and recommendations on SharePoint
- Organize Board and Review meeting logistics including reserving conference facilities and scheduling teleconferences
- Record, organize, and track Board and Review actions, recommendations, decisions, and any dissenting opinions on SharePoint
- Coordinate with and provide Board and Review data to Secretariats from other Programs and/or Providers for jointly held boards/reviews as required
- Conduct research within the Board database, using Government specified criteria, and create reports and/or pull metrics when requested
- Coordinate logistics for and support high profile mission readiness reviews
- Configuration and Data Management which includes management of CCP documents, technical editing support, change management, and records management
- Directive, exception, action and constraint management of board records
- In coordination with the SharePoint developer, provide innovative ideas for improvements to CCP processes and tools
- May include travel (<10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Successful completion of NASA's National Agency Check w/ Inquiries background check
- AA degree or at least 4 years of equivalent experience - NASA experience is a plus
- Work a flexible schedule to support Program Boards across different time zones and during CCP launch campaigns
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Desired Background:
- Familiarity with NASA's Commercial Crew Program
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and WebEx
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating high profile meetings
- Experience documenting official meeting minutes, to include technical decisions, dissenting opinions and actions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -- ability to multi-task several projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive preparing for and in a launch campaign environment
