Lead Mail Services Associate

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
* Receive all mail and packages (both business and personal) for both the Playa Vista site and Howard Hughes site.
* Process inbound, outbound, domestic and international mail and parcels which include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.
* On occasion, offload palleted packages, crates of equipment and/or merchandise from shipping companies.
* Perform other tasks as requested.
* Utilize the tracking system to maintain a record of parcels (Brynka).
* Deliver mail to designated mail rooms on each floor.
* Deliver packages to each person individually.
* Order, stock and maintain copy/mailrooms with supplies (i.e. copy paper, general office supplies). Stock printer paper for all copiers and printers on campus.
* Distribute specific items to Executives as required (bottled water, etc)

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Minimum of 2-5 years Mail/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
* 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
* Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
*Hazmat experience is a plus.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
