Your Impact
As the Specialist, of the roleSecurity Operations & Resilience you will primarily focus on security technology innovation,you will design, develop, and implement holistic programs to build, drive, and improve security resilience across a wide array of contexts at the Firm.
You will focus on building resilience for Firm Security technology, ensuring that we have effective processes, systems, protocols, and partners in place to successfully drive operational excellence. In particular, You will focus on three areas of the security technology landscape including: innovative data engineering and analytics, security tooling especially geospatial analytics, and improvements in our case management system ServiceNow.
You will demonstrate a track record of leading complex projects and supporting broader programs within the security technology space, hold strong communication skills, and maintain a dedication to overcoming obstacles to deliver impact.
The organization is highly decentralized, so you will leverage your ability to forge consensus and encourage, rather than mandate, cooperation and participation. As part of all initiatives, you will successfully manage relationship-building and syndication with key stakeholders within Risk & Compliance, other Firm Functions, and senior leadership.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity of collaborating closely with this global team and benefiting from a diversity of perspectives and backgrounds. At the same time, you will have significant exposure to partners and teams across the Firm, including our People, Communications, Technology, Travel, and Legal teams. The position is being offered as a permanent role and strong candidates will be considered in the Asia, Europe, EEMA, and NA (limited only to Tampa and Phoenix) regions, though preference will be given to colleagues based in Asia.

The position reports to the Director of Security Resilience within the security resilience portfolio. You will be entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and a proven record of independent action.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Individuals with a background in geospatial analytics and the ability to implement and manage large-scale solutions
  • Individuals with a background in security technology tooling such as Service Now, OSINT capabilities, emergency communications tools, or data engineering
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree. Additional qualifying certifications also considered
  • Demonstrable track record in leading large-scale projects and programs from ideation through solution deployment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive new initiatives with limited information and oversight
  • Creative problem solver with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Successful track record of navigating senior stakeholders and complex relationships
  • Highly collaborative attitude and interest in working as part of a diverse and dispersed global team
  • Strong ability to advise and guide technical teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions
  • Background experience or willingness to support incidents in the region
  • Exceptional project-management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead complex initiatives with an uncompromising commitment to quality on both a micro and macro level
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, including the ability to distill complex content into clear and compelling communications for distinct audiences and messages
  • Exemplary oral communication skills, demonstrating strong professional presence and credibility
  • Ability to work across all levels of seniority, cultivating trust-based, peer-counselor relationships

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
