The Business Technology - Geospatial Information Systems Center of Excellence (GIS COE) department has responsibility for maintaining and operating IT applications in GIS to support Gas, Electric, Power Generation, IT Fiber, and other functional areas while also delivering IT projects and solutions in support of their business goals and priorities. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager that will be instrumental in executing the Elevate Program Plan while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and dependent programs. The successful candidate will drive key portion of the program forward by leveraging and leading their team and cross-functional partners. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex programs within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. PG&E needs a leader adept in managing stakeholder expectations, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, and driven by a passion for innovative problem-solving. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office two to three days a week on average. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $140,000 Bay Area Maximum: $238,000 Job Responsibilities
