Job Description The Radiology APP will provide procedural and clinical care services to pediatric and adult patients at the University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC) in Minneapolis, including both East and West bank campus hospitals and the M Health Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC). This APP will join a team of diagnostic radiologists (pediatric radiology, neuroradiology, and body radiology) to perform fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided diagnostic imaging and procedures as well as inpatient and outpatient consultation and support of general radiology practice work tasks. Duties will include working closely with radiologists to perform diagnostic imaging such as esophagrams, upper GI studies, urethrograms, cystograms, swallow studies as well as procedures such as feeding tube placements, thyroid and lymph node biopsies and lumbar punctures. You will also be asked to review inpatient and outpatient consults, pertinent imaging, as well as supporting other general radiology practice work tasks. Role is 80% procedural and 20% clinical.
