What You'll Do:

• Serve as the key point of contact for customers, providing excellent communication and service updates.
• Schedule and coordinate service work efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely repairs.
• Create and manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Learn and develop leadership skills to transition into a Service Foreman position.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in heavy-duty truck service-previous experience as a technician, service advisor, or related role preferred.
• Understanding of repair processes, diagnostics, and service workflow.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire for career growth and leadership development.

Your Future as a Foreman:

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with our service team. As you develop, you'll be on track to take on a Service Foreman role, where you'll oversee daily shop operations, support technicians, and ensure quality service for our customers.
