SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None SUMMARY: Project Manager I will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of corporate projects and initiatives. The role involves coordinating work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery, managing deliverables, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and monitoring budgets for assigned projects. Project Manager I will work closely with the Technology Team, Partners, and Key Stakeholders to deliver and maintain solutions that meet the needs of internal and external clients. This position requires a level of strategic thinking but also requires the ability to shift into the details to make informed decisions when required. Project Manager I will also collaborate with Product Managers to provide project management skills for major initiatives and product launches, enhancements, migrations, and integrations. Project Manager I will assist in the coordination of quality assurance and usability testing as applicable. In addition to the technical and strategic responsibilities, Project Manager I will play a crucial role in managing change and understanding the people side of change. This position will also work with Compliance and Audit Departments for reporting and problem resolution as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in translating project goals into detailed requirements
- Communicate status of projects to management and business partners on a regular basis, ensuring that all stakeholders have accurate and current information throughout the process
- Collaborate with technology team, partners, and business owners to analyze tasks required to successfully complete assigned projects
- Aid with product selection and implementation for all technology required to successfully complete assigned projects
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Coordinate and drive the efficient and timely completion of all work required for assigned projects / enhancements
- Obtain estimates, track, and monitor all project costs within approved budgets
- Coordinate and participate in quality assurance and usability testing as applicable for assigned projects
- Assist with and coordinate the development of technical documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of technology solutions implemented as part of assigned projects
- Assist with the development of change management plans that address the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their concerns and expectations.
- Provide support for training employees to help them adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their impact on employees and stakeholders.
- Provide additional project management support as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience working project management related role
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Banking Technologies
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Technology Role
- Experience with Banking Core Conversions is a plus
- PMI CAPM certification is a plus
- Prosci CMP Certification is a plus
