JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated (Bold and underline the title here) Part-Time Research Assistant to support the development and refinement of surveys in Qualtrics. This role will involve fine-tuning survey design, testing logic and functionality, and ensuring a seamless respondent experience. The ideal candidate is meticulous, comfortable working with survey platforms, and eager to contribute to meaningful research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and refining surveys in Qualtrics, ensuring clarity, logic, and ease of use.
  • Test survey functionality, including question flow, embedded data, display logic, and skip patterns.
  • Review and implement best practices for survey accessibility and respondent engagement.
  • Provide feedback on survey wording, structure, and response options for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot survey issues and recommend improvements.
  • Compile and organize data from survey tests to identify potential areas for refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Current graduate or advanced undergraduate student preferred, but others with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey software is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of research methods and survey design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
