Your tasks

  • Identify and pursue VAC-related business opportunities by engaging directly with target End Users, OEMs, and Engineering Firms.
  • Travel extensively (up to 60%) to initiate and maintain high-value customer and partner relationships.
  • Act as the primary driver of specification change at engineering firms and target accounts to position GF VAC solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key valve and actuation suppliers to create strategic partnerships.
  • Develop a pipeline of project opportunities, qualify and transition leads to Regional Sales teams while supporting the pursuit through the order phase.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marcom to align messaging, product positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Represent GF VAC products at trade shows, conferences, and technical seminars; conduct presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions.
  • Maintain and report a robust funnel of active pursuits; log customer engagements and project updates using CRM and SAP tools.
  • * Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet customer needs to influence future product development.
  • * Coordinate with internal departments including Product Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure project continuity.
  • Contribute to strategic planning with input on market segmentation, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • Support VAC-related budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Commit to maintaining and improving the Environmental Management System (EMS), promoting health and safety of employees, customers, and the community.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your profile

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required; engineering competency preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in valves, actuation, or related industrial markets.
  • Experience working with OEMs, Engineering Firms, and End Users preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or technical sales roles requiring outbound engagement.
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
