This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work within the Anticoagulation Clinic team to support high quality patient care. This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, four days per week (10 hour days).? No weekends or and no on call time. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with multi-level clinicians to provide high quality care to their patient panels Work with the patient to optimize patient anticoagulation medication and care Work with providers and clinical teams to implement cost-effective medication interventions Provide anticoagulation medication management and direct patient care based on evidence-based guidelines, protocols, and disease management Provide clinical medication education and feedback for providers Provide coverage at multiple clinics as needed You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications - External Required Qualifications: Master of Nursing (MSN) or greater (DNP) At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner within ACC, Primary Care or Cardiology Active ARNP and RN license in the State of Washington, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $110,040 to $139,000.
