**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Patient Care Services or designee, assist nurses and providers with all aspects of patient care. This may include, but is not limited to, collecting assessment data, assist with invasive medical procedures (ie. bone marrow biopsies, lumbar puncture), perform tests as assigned (ie EKG, specimen collection), room patients, medication reconciliation, documentation, telephone communication with patients and medical offices, order entry, patient scheduling and registration, etc. Provide patients with written information regarding medications and disease as assigned. Facilitate efficient flow of patients through the oncology clinic. Qualifications
Pay Range USD $15.95 - USD $25.76 /Hr. |
