Salary | $150,000 - $250,000 + 10% bonus

Requirements



  • 8+ years of financial advisor experience (including 5 years of lead advisor experience)
  • A bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related program
  • CFP designation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using various financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, and document management software
  • A deep understanding of the RIA channel and independent financial advice environment
  • Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment, and experience
  • Extensive knowledge in financial planning analysis and modeling specifically for clients



Lead Financial Advisor Job Description

Support the discovery and onboarding process with prospective and new clients. Develop and mentor the client-facing team. Retain between 100 - 120 client relationships by providing outstanding customer service. Support clients' financial, investment, and risk outcomes. Lead the strategic development of financial plans and recommend solutions in the best interest of the client. Provide industry trends, best practices, and service offering needs to the management team. Deepen existing client relationships by ensuring they are taking full advantage of various services. Proactively seek referrals from clients to generate new business.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
