The Treasury Solutions Product Associate will be responsible for working in partnership with the Head of Treasury Solutions Product Mgmt. and TS Product Managers to execute high priority Commercial projects and provide solutions to meet client needs and exceed the Non-Interest Revenue and Deposit goals of the Bank. They will assist, define, design, deliver and manage innovative solutions for Commercial Banking clients. Responsibilities include product management, product development, vendor management, and project management.

The Treasury Solutions Product Associate will be responsible for working in partnership with the Head of Treasury Solutions Product Mgmt. and TS Product Managers to execute high priority Commercial projects and provide solutions to meet client needs and exceed the Non-Interest Revenue and Deposit goals of the Bank. They will assist, define, design, deliver and manage innovative solutions for Commercial Banking clients. Responsibilities include product management, product development, vendor management, and project management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Manage the project plan, development process, and testing phase of the product in conjunction with PMO. Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for relevant SLAs.
  • Work with internal teams (Ops, TPO, Service, FP&A, Risk, Compliance and Legal) to ensure new enhancements/new products function appropriately.
  • Ensure timely delivery of treasury solutions services and products for clients. Assist with analysis that drives product pricing and help TSOs put together client proposals and pitch materials.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales Officers to understand relevant product needs (enhancements, product development. Review data and participate in prioritization planning sessions. Provide support in analyzing processes, product data, capabilities, and opportunities and assisting in developing product strategy and enhancement prioritization.
  • Create presentations and communications/training on product enhancements and assist in training sessions for new products and review sessions for existing products as needed. Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout the lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
  • Identify and resolve processing issues, enhancements and serve as subject matter expert related to tailoring product offering to complex, specific client needs. Tier 2 support for TS related solutions.


Other Responsibilities:


  • Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
  • All other duties as assigned to assist and support department and team projects.

Required Skills:


  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of treasury management processes and the technology that supports it.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to be resourceful and work independently.
  • Experience with online banking, mobile banking, cash management products and services with proven ability to work well with banking operations and information technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance and the product implications.
  • Strong work ethic with pride in ownership of taking assigned tasks to completion.
  • Client service oriented with a high level of professional and personal integrity.
  • Demonstrate a positive and optimistic perspective during each client interaction.
  • Ability to identify key risks and trends that require escalation.
  • Treasury Product knowledge preferred.


Required Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent and min of 5 years' experience in Treasury/Cash Management Product Management or Treasury Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and min of 1 year experience in Treasury/Cash Management Product Management or Treasury Sales preferred.
