Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for resolution of basic Epic access management tickets and assisting senior team members with Epic access management related projects

Essential Functions

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Processes access requests
  • Assists with the creation, maintenance and auditing of user accounts
  • Familiarity with IT Security Terminology and Concepts applied to Jefferson
  • Navigation and entry into SNOW, Entra ID, PAM etc.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):

Familiarity with the EPIC environment

Working knowledge of platforms such as SNOW, Entra ID, PAM, etc.

Good understanding best practices for identity and access management, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties

Understanding of the access lifecycle, including provisioning, and de-provisioning

Hands on experience with IAM tools and software

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
