Description
RISE is seeking a Project Manager for Residential efficiency projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills and a history of marshaling mechanical and electrical projects from start to finish on-schedule and on-budget while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Experience in designing and costing systems, specifying HVAC equipment, managing subcontractors and troubleshooting is required. This position is based in Cranston, RI and includes day-trip travel to project sites in MA and RI. It reports to the Residential HVAC Manager. The selected individual will work within systems and processes in place at RISE to perform job functions. Responsibilities
