We are seeking a dedicated HR Technology Product Owner with a focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to join our team! This role is crucial in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions and optimizing Human Resources processes to align with our strategic goals. This position ensures seamless and efficient operations while aligning HR platforms, processes, and tools to support our dynamic workforce. Major Responsibilities Include:
Product Vision: Define and deliver a product vision that meets customer needs and technical requirements. Communication Bridge: Act as the liaison between the business side and the HR Technology team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into understandable and feasible tasks for the HR Technology team. Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to fruition. HR Technology Strategy: Lead HR Technology strategy, provide technical leadership, and ensure the technical feasibility of requirements. Roadmap Prioritization: Prioritize the HR Technology roadmap, considering all capabilities and constraints. Communication Improvement: Enhance communication among customers, the HR Technology team, vendors, and product management/owner team. Service Delivery Support: Support the HR Service Delivery model. Process Alignment: Align HR processes and procedures across multiple organizations. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR technology processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency. Lead initiatives to digitize and automate HR workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance user experiences. Drive user-centric solutions and maintain documentation of process maps. Platform Management: Drive the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HCM ERP to streamline HR processes. Collaborate with ITDS and vendors to ensure integration of HR platforms, resolve technical issues, and enhance system capabilities. Drive platform innovation to meet business capabilities.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in human resource technology or related work. Experience with HR platforms and technology and driving innovation. Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions Experience working with data governance and analytics to inform impactful decisions for the business. You have a strong track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders and leading project and change management initiatives. Strong understanding of HR such as: HR management, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, payroll, training, employee relations, legal, compliance, HR analytics. Strategic Contribution: Brings a strategic technology mindset to HR functions and contributes strategically to the organization. Skilled at Business Partnership, Advising, & Consulting Leadership Abilities: Demonstrates leadership within the HR Operations team, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
