Description
Responsibilities
* Distribute client case assignments to team data collectors and analysts. * Track and prioritize case assignments to reduce risks with timely delivery against client due dates. * Monitor workloads and available resources to mitigate backlogs. * Provide general support to team members with data issues and discrepancies. * Participate in weekly meetings with team members to discuss performance metrics. * Review data analysis and verify if case needs to be escalated for further data analysis. * Manage federal, state, and local database logins. * Draft initial reports for management review and approval. * Provide field support for boots-on-the-ground data collection operations. Qualifications
* US Citizen * At a minimum a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to pass a Moderate Risk Level Clearance Check * Knowledgeable with Salesforce CRM and similar Project Management Tools * Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting * Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. * Attention to Detail Benefits
