Aon Is Looking For A Director of Field Enrollment Services

This role is hybrid to Lake Mary, FL or Hammonton, NJ

What the day will look like

  • Focus on identifying opportunities and improving efficiencies as well as the need to consult and influence business and key stakeholders
  • Adjust intraday forecasts derived from understood business drivers to determine required staffing levels by projecting call volumes, call duration, and required staffing levels using current trends and historical data.
  • Administers volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate
  • Runs and analyzes reports with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals.
  • Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
  • Escalation resolution for WFM team
  • Responsible for maintaining Workday tasks: Payroll Discrepancies, Terminations, Data Changes, Pay Adjustments, Technical resolutions, Password management/resets, OKTA resolutions
  • Maintains Windows active database including Active, Suspended, and Termination
  • Helps lead Aon Stars Program
  • Performs yearly employee reviews and 1:1 Conversations with team
  • Provides technology leadership to the team to ensure we are able to deliver on different enrollment modalities
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
  • Ensures action is being taken with a sense of urgency on Project Scope, and Human Capital
  • Works with Operations Team to help balance capacity at peak: Front ending, Back loading, Scheduling strategies, YOY Strategies, Quality movements, Languages
  • Provides staffing Gap analysis/updates to leadership team
  • Counselor Escalation Liaison
  • Conducts daily balancing (peak) of Virtual Counselor teams to ensure optimization of the teams (Road to 11)
  • Review of industry innovation to continue elevate the internal and counselor teams
  • Other General Managerial duties

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferrably in HR outsourcing or similiar industry experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity including developing others in their career
  • Ability to work Hybrid

Preferred experience

  • 3 + years of experience working in benefits/insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $104,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
