JOB TITLE: Sr. PROGRAM MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Works independently to determine objectives and approaches to assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provides overall management support for identified projects ensuring effective execution meeting the business/functional area goals and priorities.
- Directs a program of projects in a business/functional area ensuring integration, project planning and execution, process compliance, and prioritization of programs in alignment with the business strategy.
- Provides overall management support for identified projects and program to ensure they are executed effectively and meet the business/functional area goals and priorities.
- Evaluates and manages the inter-relationship between projects and goals of the business/functional area.
- nsures that the projects and program is conducted within the capacity of the organization.
- Participates in project and program prioritization ensuring consistency with strategies and business priorities.Tracks organization-wide metrics on the state of project and program delivery and the value/ROI within individual projects as well as across projects within a program.
- Understands, creates and executes project and program support plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Resolves and/or escalates project and program related issues in a timely fashion.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
- Facilitates project governance and maintains project-management documentation.
- Contributes to departmental portfolio management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
MBA degree desireable or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.

- Develop and manage a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, resource availability, and ROI.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple concurrent digital transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments, including R&D, IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Financial, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Engage with external partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools, processes, and methodologies that enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the medical devices and healthcare sectors to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital transformation team.
- Ensure programs adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) and internal quality standards (Global QMS SOPs and WINs) when applicable.
- Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure digital solutions meet compliance and safety requirements.
- Ability to manage and successfully execute high impact/strategic projects or programs, including complete responsibility for deliverables and performance of project teams.
- Ownership in defining objectives, budgets, business cases, detailed work breakdown structures, and schedules for large or complex set of related projects or programs.
- Accountable for delivery of critical milestones projects and programs.
- Ability to challenge project teams & Project Managers to increase efficiency, reduce waste & honor commitments.
- Owns risk & opportunity management on assigned projects.
- Coordinates resources with adjacent project Managers and resource Managers.
- Follow agile processes, principles, and practices.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Target Pay Range:$148,100.00to$185,100.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
