HDR is seeking an engineer to serve as a Project Manager Engineering Assistant on Nashville's East Bank Program Management Team.

In the role of Project Manager Engineering Assistant, we'll count on you to:

• Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of the Program and/or Project Managers
• Responsible for management of small projects to larger initiatives.
• Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
• Work with the Program and/or Project Managers, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic program and/or project reviews
• Assist the Program Manager on all aspects of the multidiscipline team for the East Bank Program including the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Assist the Deputy Program Manager - Engineering on all aspects of engineering oversight, design reviews, concept development, and production.
• Lead special assignments/projects related to planning, engineering, and program management.
• Assist in the coordination of efforts and strategies across several City departments, the Mayor's Office, NDOT, TDOT, MTA, state and federal agencies, outside consultants, and contractors.
• Assist with the implementation and use of the Capital Project Management System including Oracle Primavera Cloud and Unifier.
• Participation in Professional Organizations to help establish and provide recognition of HDR in the local market.
• The successful candidate will report to HDR's Brentwood office until the East Bank Program Management Office in/near downtown Nashville becomes available.
